The MMSM Packaging and Printed Paper Program Plan was first approved by the provincial government in September 2009.
The Minister of Sustainable Development has approved the renewal of the Program Plan that was submitted on March 20, 2017. The Approval is effective July 1, 2018 and will expire on June 30, 2023.
