The MMSM Packaging and Printed Paper Program Plan was first approved by the provincial government in September 2009.
MMSM received a letter from the Department of Environment and Climate in May, 2023 extending the current program plan, as well as the next steps on the draft Transition Plan to full EPR. The letter can be viewed here.
